SINGAPORE Airlines treats medical emergencies that occur during flight very seriously and when recommended by its ground-based telemedical service provider, flights will be and have been diverted, the airilne said.
The airline has come under some flak, for allegedly refusing to divert a flight after a passenger got a cardiac arrest during a Singapore-London flight last month.
